Is it really free?
Yes. Every service and every plan is free at launch. Reminders and status checks stay free.
Which vehicles does it support?
Two-wheelers, three-wheelers, cars, tractors, trucks and buses. Petrol, diesel, CNG and electric.
How do I add my vehicle?
Scan the number plate or type it in. Your details fill in from VAHAN and an OTP confirms you own it.
Is FixPoint a government app?
No. FixPoint is a private app by Fixpointtechnology Pvt. Ltd. We use VAHAN and Parivahan data to fill in your details.
Do I still need an RTO agent?
No. Book RTO work in the app and track it live. A verified FixPoint partner handles the filing.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Calls are masked, partners are KYC-verified and every document download is logged.
Can I use it in Hindi?
Yes. Choose Hindi, English or more when you sign in. Switch any time in Settings.
Can my family use one account?
Yes. Share vehicles with family members, or take the Family plan for a shared dashboard.
What is FP Safe-QR?
A free sticker for your vehicle. Anyone can scan it to reach you, without seeing your number.
Where will FixPoint be available?
Bhopal first, then Indore and the rest of Madhya Pradesh.
Will there be a website too?
Yes. One account works on Android, iOS and fixpoint.co.in.
